The following is a diary I kept during the Bush 04 election. There is some funny stuff in it, if you can get off your hate-bush far-left orientation, otherwise, just skip it, because it will really tic you off. This is where the "Thank Gore How Dare He" routine was driven home in my mind. So without further ado, please enjoy.

My Flyer: (I handed this out to people passing by)

I am a concerned Californian and would like to give you my impressions. Kerry said, a few days back, we need leadership not followship, suggesting he is a leader and Bush is a follower. I have always doubted what politicians say, and so I wanted to verify this for myself. So I attempted to determine for myself who has been leader and who has been a follower. So I wanted to make a list of leadership acts that have concrete results. But leadership needs to be defined. The best evidence of Bush's leadership for president is his last four years of service. The best evidence of Kerry's leadership is his military and political service over the last forty years. I asked repeatedly for acts of leadership, from democrats, independents, republicans, conservatives, moderates, and liberals. I want only to use positive acts of leadership leading to respective CONCRETE results. I want to compare acts of leadership objectives that end as accomplishments as concrete results, UNDENIABLY so. I don't want would of, could of, should of, possible acts. I don't want kisses and promises. I don't want negative facts that prove nothing. I don't want argument that is subject to spin, ideology, perception, or that it aint good enough argument. I ONLY WANT POSITIVE CLEAR CONCRETE RESULTS. Having asked around, search the Web, having thought about it a great deal, here is my personal list and conclusions.

(PAGE 2, continued) Kerry's major leadership acts: 1) Charging up Rivers in Vietnam and burning down houses of noncombatants as an admitted war criminal, 2) later Vietnam protests and MIA speeches and throwing medals in the gutters while lying in the newspapers and before congress that he was in Cambodia, 3) only 3 insignificant bills (two on population awareness week and one on college grant) in congress OVER 20 YEARS, 4) marrying two heiresses for securing campaign financing, 5) reviving a hamster to pander the animal rights vote, 6) Iran-Contra band wagon, 7) an AWOL MA fraud MIA missing 85% of senate votes and 76% of Intel committee meetings, and 8) Winning of DNC nomination with repetitious "I Believe", "I Believe", "I Believe", that no one can confirm, while flip-flop pandering many issues. Kerry simply says over and over "I Believe" "I Believe" "I Believe", while he does and did didly squat, a true farce. Instead of being AWOL, Kerry should have been serving MA and preaching moral family values in fairykerryland now having their kids strung-out in a pathetic heroine epidemic. When Kerry suggests he is a leader, he lied to me. In my opinion, Kerry is a piece of do-do, a dog wont chew.

Politicians lie, they do it all the time. My dad told me, don't listen to what they say, nor what they promise they will do, as you learn nothing from that, but watch what they do, and you will truly learn of them. From this concrete record of each, it is clear President Bush is a leader and Kerry is a follower and a liar. In the civil war 650,000 died, and 3,500,000 were freed. In the Iraq/Afghan wars 1000 died to free 50,000,000. The civil war started as a war to save the Union. The Iraq war started as a war to protect the Union. The civil war ended as a war to free the enslaved. The Iraq war will end as a war to free the oppressed. The Iraq war is a noble war. I just love Hero Bush, for hanging tuff and doing the noble thing. We are at war, those Islamic crazies want to kill us, and attacked us without justification. I want a leader, not a follower. I want a leader that will provide direction, having guts to act to get the job done. Bush had real vision under Bush doctrine prohibiting the harboring of terrorists to isolate the real threat Iran, while bringing civility to the region. We do have a true tested commander and leader in the Whitehouse. I certainly don't want to change horses. (Don't litter)

I have my big BUSH:HERO -- KERRY:FARCE sign, 7000 flyers, a Billy club, and my OReilly Factor cap, and raring for bear. My beloved Commander In Chief, President Bush, is counting on me, I, mighty mouse, salutes and I am following orders, and I will storm main beach, D-DAY 8/21/04 at 10:00am H-Hour. You would think a lawyer from Laguna Gay-Beach Liberal California would be a whinny butt liberal, NOT SO, but great for covert surveillance. Recent acquired Intel places 20-30 anti-war protestors at main beach on D-Day at H-Hour. Help!!!! GOP reinforcements needed, to cover my rear and flanks. Notwithstanding any assistance, this Golden Bear is storming that beach, taking them on, all by myself, and I will poo-poo in their mess-kit, and love every minute of it.

Front Line Report BUSH:HERO,KERRY:FARCE 1 man demo Laguna Beach CA, SO FUN!! 8/19/04 5-7pm. Hi Fans, I could not wait for Saturday, and so, with my Billy club dangling from my side, a Factor Cap, hair clean cut, Laguna Beach T-shirt, sign BUSH:HERO,KERRY:FARCE, and flyers, I stood at the main T-intersection on Pacific Coast Highway and Broadway, downtown Laguna Beach for 2 hours, during rush hour. It was so much fun. Definite difference between Reps & Dems. All the Reps honked with a thumbs-up or waived, and I nodded my head and smiled. Some were just so thrilled to have me out there. It was so much fun.

Most of the Dems did a thumbs-down, and I again nodded my head and smiled, or some honked and flipped me off, I again smiled and nodded, (so everyone would think we are all Reps), but there were some loud Dems, 1 screamed "Bush is a nazi", another "Bush is a liar", another "gets your facts straight". A couple of juveniles said "get a job", I yelled back "I am lawyer", a couple of others said Idiot (hmmm BSEE, MSEE, JD, go figure), I just said "come read this". I also like the ones who told me to go home, I quickly replied, "I have lived here in town for 20 years". My favorite was the husband giving me thumbs-up while the wife gave me a thumbs-down.

As the cars passed me close at 10mph on the curb, and I handed-off a flyer to the arm out the window. Pedestrians, Reps mostly, took the flyers readily, dems did not want to read anything and ignored me. A couple of dems tried to get in my face and argue, (Like they are going rock my world, yeah right). I just said "Free-speech" as I gave them a flyer, and then said "Its all me", "read it" and then just ignored them. It was all a great time, though, you sense a certain commradary, makes you feel so good inside, and you get a sense of really supporting Bush, especially with everyone honking at you, in packed slow-go bumper-to-bumper traffic, especially those Reps yelling, "you are great", "good man", "way to go". I felt like a hero!!!

I would say, most that did communicate to me were Reps, and only the Dems got rude, but that is ok, I like it hot hot hot. So I did not mind at all, and enjoyed it all so much, all the honking all the time, and the occasional loud cat-calls from the Dems. Stir it up I say. So gang, in here you can make your posts, but, unless you cut the check and pound the payment, you may be just the most ridiculous item of the day. I for one, think its great to go out and show off your stuff. Its simple and easy to do. Just make a hand made large sign, keep it simple like me BUSH:HERO KERRY:FARCE, so they can read it quick. Type up a flyer, max 1/2 sheet double side, that you want to say, and make copies for passing out, get out there, and have a good time.

Now Saturday will be another story, as the peace protestors will be there. So, I yesterday emailed the Orange County GOP the following message: I have my big BUSH:HERO -- KERRY:FARCE sign, 7000 flyers, a Billy club, and my OReilly Factor cap, and raring for bear. Reporting from the Front Lines, Laguna Beach CA, 4:30pm to 8:15pm 8/20/04 PST, mighty mouse, me, firstly positioned on Broadway, the main drag, to capture the rush hour traffic, with BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, Billy club, California Cap (ditched the ORielly Factor Cap trying to raise California patriotism), and flyers, stood off the curb in a one man demonstration. There were the usual horn honks thumbs-up and thumbs-down, to both of which I nodded as though all were Reps, and inbetween which, flyers were tossed into open windows of passing cars, invitedly so. There were the usual but occasional obscene or stupid cat-calls from the passionate Dems, typically, male young 20s, but that really all the much, to which I responded, "TEAM BUSH". Behind me was the entrance to "The Festival of the Arts", world renown for presenting stage size famous painting depictions comprising synthetics back drops adorned with costumed human beings, highly unusual, impressive, to the delight of 3000 enthusiasts each night, occurring for two months every summer, a tourist must.

At about 5:45pm, a man, mid-late age, darken hair in a tan coat and slack, with darken hair, came to me and requested a flyer. He asked if I had heard of "unfit for command", and I said, "oh-yeah", and he introduced himself to me as Mr. Tom Phillips, the publisher of the book, so he says, and showed me three copies of the book having Kerry finder pointing at me. He then informed me that Christopher Cox, the local congressman, would be coming across the juxtaposed crosswalk at about 6pm, and, I said I would be proud to meet him. Just before 6pm, a cop came by and told me get off the street, to which I moved onto the sidewalk at the crosswalk, hoping to intercept Mr. Cox then and there, but he never showed. At that position, however, I got many honks, thumbs-up and encouragement, and again felt like a hero supporting team Bush.

Between 6:00pm and 8:45pm, I was on sidewalk and in front of the festival at the crosswalk, to not only display my BUSH:HERO,KERRY:FARCE sign to passing cars and pedestrians, but also to there and then managed to pass out about 400 flyers to those art lovers entering the festival for the night's performance. You can always tell the rump-rangers, their hair is perfect, (Werewolves of London), but rather subdued, considering I was in "their town". There were a couple of crazies yelling at me from across the street, middle-late age straggly hair women, and the typical "idiot" "go-home" type of cats-calls, that just seemed to be their most intellectual response possible. After a while, you get sense of a lack of intellectualism. But, again, it was all so much fun passing out flyers in the mist of honking horns, cat calls, and people passing by grabbing flyers. I really love it when the passionate Reps pick up the walking speed to a copy of my flyer.

I was only seriously confronted one time by a guy that asked me, "WHY IS BUSH A HERO and KERRY A FARCE"?. I thought that engaging in that debate there was not the time, as I was busy, and I offered him my flyer and "its all me" "you will know where I am coming friend". He refused to take the flyer and left. Another memorial moment was a man, coming put behind me, taking a flyer, and saying, "You stand your ground", to which I replied, "no problem, I like it hot", being in GAY-BEACH-USA in liberal California. Another memorial moment was a guy saying "you got that wrong", I responded "This explains it", "Are you so close minded you cant read one page", and with a crowd around, all looking at him, he came back and got the flyer.

However, I thought about that question allot, and how to say it pithily, why Bush is a hero and Kerry a farce. After the demo, I walked to a restaurant where an old friend of mine was and who had seen me the day before with my sign. He said to me, he thought then, "who is that nut", and after carefully looking say, "oh my gosh, it's the derelict", me, and came out, and we exchanged waives at that time. So having dinner, and time to think, I came to this pithy statement and why bush is a hero and Kerry a farce.

Bush is a hero because he freed 50,000,000 from oppression while concurrently strategically isolating Iran, the big threat, in the war on terror. In my opinion, Bush deserves a gold-star medal for that strategic command ability through the bush doctrine that teaches the prohibition against harboring terrorists, and then, in executing it, isolated a big danger, to protect us. You see, as general Powell, in Gulf War I taught us, you have to cut off the head, and here, Iran is at the head of militant Islam. Bush, proceeded with deliberate purpose and engaged the Saudis now fighting terrorism rather than spreading the hate message, then engaged Pakistan now fighting terrorism and sitting on the wahabi schools, then took down the Taliban in Afghan now looking towards elections, and then replaced the Saddam regime with a new UN supported Iraqi regimes now being stabilized and also looking forward to elections. The net and significant strategic result is the isolating of Iran by allied Muslim nations. BINGO!!!!

Kerry is a farce because he says we need leadership not followship when he has no leadership record while repetitiously saying over and over again, "I believe" "I believe" "I believe", that no one can confirm. To me, its all ego.

To make it very short, Bush is a hero because he had vision (to liberate 50,000,000 into civility while isolating Iran by Allied Muslim nations under the Bush doctrine prohibiting the harboring of terrorists), and Kerry is a farce because he claims to be leader but has no significant leadership results, (despite 40 years of military and political service, but only says I Believe I Believe I Believe, that no one can confirm.)

Now, if Iran continues with its hate ideology and nuke development, the US can initiate an Iranian no fly zone and a naval blockade, without invasion, and cause Iran to implode sparking a democracy rebellion, with the ruling mullahs being brought down and put back in the mosques to their further extremist discrediting, resulting in a total of liberation of 85,000,000 people being freed and an end to the war on terror for all practical purposes. And, that is why Bush is a great strategic commander, a leader, and a hero, if one looks at the concrete results obtained from his leadership.

Now there are those who say Bush is liar about WMD, mistaken possibly, as they could be Syria, but not a liar. There are those who can get into double-edged sword discussions and PC analysis, if they choose. The bottom line for me is that Saddam was a terrorist per se, and any man killing 100,000s in the crazy Islamic world, had to go, and for any reason, be it one pistol shot at a US Jet over a no-fly-zone. For me, I go by results and objectives. Here, the objective is to protect America long term by defeating Militant Islam, and until Tehran takes a long time out, that wont happen, and by strategically isolating Iran, we have bases loaded around Iran with a slugger up at bat in the whitehouse.

Life is good, but I worried about those Islamic crazies, and we are at war, and I am very concerned, over all Bush and done a very job, so I will get off by butt this election year and try to make a difference. Only one man though. I hope others will join me, but if not, oh well, I have to be true to myself. So, Saturday 8/21/04 at 10am to 1pm, demonstration by yours truly, at main beach Laguna Beach CA. Come join me if you can, if not, you all will be in my thoughts. God Bless our Commander in Chief, President Bush.

As for as the "peace vigil" by the anti-war demonstrator, about a year ago I saw them down on main beach. In my laguna beach T-shirt as usual, I went up, and got in their face, and screamed "Dont you people get it, they want to kill you, the road home goes through Tehran". There faces were stunned and buged out away from me as fast as they could. So, mighty mouse, me, will have no problem with them. They are really just a bunch of pussies anyway. COME JOIN ME if you can.

And besides, I have a secret weapon, unbeknownst to them. The police officers in town know me very well, and they are my pals. I can handle the situation very well. For example, police dont want me interfering with people having a relaxing time at the beach, so I dont go on the park grass, or the sand, and get into people faces, just there to relax and have a good time. Police like that!!! It shows respect for the people (tourists) and the police. Secondly, I occupy a small section of sidewalk, at time near a cross-walk to get good traffic to pass out flyers. So, I am not in any body's way, respecting those who dont want to be trouble, and police as see it all go down. So it would the "peace" people who would cause trouble, if any, and the police would set them straight quick. and beside, they are a bunch of pussies anyway. COME JOIN ME, if you can.

By the way, I have yet to see another Bush or a Kerry bumper sticker. I think the support for kerry, by moderates and independents is very shallow, that is my clear sense. If swartznegger can be impressive, if Bush is impressive, if the RNC convention get a good bounce, and in view of the Gov Davis fiscal fiasco, with a Dem 5% lead, CA could crack with some good grass root efforts. CA is not lost, and I have just begun to fight!!

Report from the Front Lines, Laguna Beach CA, 8/21/04 10am to 1pm PST. Great News!!!! Mighty-mouse, me, completely out did the 10 docile peace protestors, most seniors. It was great. Though the 10 pacifists had a US flag, you could barely see it behind a UN flag, and they had tables, and had about 30 signs. I, on the other hand, had my one BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, Billy club, California Cap, and flyers, stood on the curb at Main Beach, 10 yards from the Peace Protesters. A couple tried to talk to me, my response to was GET VERY LOUD, so everyone can hear me saying such things like, "will you still want peace when 50,000 are killed in LA from a dirty bomb?" They stayed away from me after a couple of skirmishes, but I was the star of the show, not them. I will be going to main beach every Saturday 10am till 1pm, and will probably make other runs when convenient. What is up with OC:CA:GOP" so many support TEAM BUSH, with the three finger "W" sign!

It was a big surprise to me, really!!. Every one seemed to be coming to me to get my flyer, walking out of there way to do so, while cars where honking at me with thumbs-up, and giving the three-finger W sign, yelling "BUSH!!", with a few standing around me all the time, a small crowd, talking about team bush. Not once did I see any one talking with the pacifists. Many flyer takers later came back to me and said about my flyer "that was great", "straight shooter" "you got that right" "can I post the flyer on the WEB?", "can I email it to friends?", and so many were glad that I was out there, and personally thanked me. I was truly the star, a hero, cars honking at me with thumbs-up all the time, "GO-BUSH" screams, and I having goose pimples all over most of the time from the all the hurrahs! and GO TEAM BUSH! It was absolutely wonderful!!!!

I don't get what is up with the CAL GOP. Orange County has a great base of team BUSH support. Maybe I should take on San Francisco, get some real actions and so I can help out the CAL:GOP? These pacifists are in deed pussies, have no credible message other than give peace a chance. Though I sent emails to the OC:GOP, no one showed up from the OC:GOP, go figure, I cant. So it was just me again, but I didn't mine, not for one minute, I had so much fun!!! Again, there were a few cat-calls from those chicken-sh*ts as they passed by in "armor-transport" speeding away at 30mph. But over all, very civil, no problems, and no police were necessary, as I passed out flyers and got the Laguna-tuna BUSH gang up in arms! I guess I am all they got, and I love being the cheer leader!

But, to do what I do solo like me, you have to be somewhat thick-skinned to handle the cat-calls from the crazies passing by in their cars, and take it all with a grain of salt, but other than that, its such a great time, and makes you feel you really are supporting our beloved president. GO TEAM BUSH!! I hope so much, governor schwartznegger is very impressive at the RNC convention, gives it the "girly-man Kerry" routine at the convention, hammer it home, while speaking to the lack of Kerry concrete results, to reinforce the "girly-man Kerry" message, and also tells Californians not to change horses, that we have a true leader in the whitehouse. CA is not lost, and I will fight for TEAM BUSH to the end! I forgot to mention one memorial moment, one old timer came up to me, and pined a MARINE Red "anchor-Globe" pin on me, another old timer came up an pin a US-FLAG pin on me. MIGHTY-MOUSE got decorated for heroism under fire!!!!!!

Front Line Report, Laguna Beach CA, 8/23/04 4:30pm to 8pm I had my BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, Billy club, California Cap, and flyers, stood on the curb at Main Beach, again. This time I would push the sign high in the air while the other arm was concurrently pushed high in the air as well giving the three-finger "W" sign, to raise excitement as the cars left the starting gate as the light turned green, trying to increase the number of horn honks and thumbs up, and it worked very well. However, one tattoed Latino got very nasty in street language, but otherwise went ok, passing out my flyers. At 6:30pm I then moved up to the Festival Arts, and things got very HOT!.

While walking up Broadway Street with my sign, a white truck 3-white males came driving by, and threw bottles of water at me while screaming "Nazi-Fagot" and loud as possible, one bottle full of water, hit me in the groin area, got my flyers and pants a little wet, and I was in pain for about 30 minutes. Yes I do have balls! One jogger got the license plate number, yet the Laguna police were unwilling to do anything without a positive ID of the passenger. I stood in front of the Festival, and met mayor Ms. Kinsman, who surprised to me, supports Bush, in a my gay beach town. While standing there I got the usual thumbs ups and thumbs down, and the obscene cat-calls for the crazed Dems driving by. One guy on a bicycle can up to me and "I will take care of you when you are done". The witness to the bottle incident came back and talked me into going to the police, which was a waste of time. But they know the bike rider, a local, and I asked them to talk to him and tell him to chill out.

While walking back to my car to call it night, a lady asked me if I was serious, not believing that a rational person would demonstrate on behalf of the president in public. She said she wanted to put a Bush sign in front of her house, but did not, fearing it would be burn down. That sounded very familiar to me. But there is some light here, that witness was a dem but yet has a sense of civic duty and wanted to me, though he did not agree with my sign, but wanted to do the right thing, so not all dems are alike. But by and large, it is a sorry state of affairs out there in the wild, there is good percentage of dems that exceedingly rude, and some are vicious, in this, the land of the free and the brave. Notwithstanding, I will not coward and stop. I will not quit exercising my right of free speech, and I am determined now more that ever to pound the payment until November for my beloved president. This is my town, this is my country, this is my right of free speech, I will not surrender it to anyone. I know it tuff out there, thank Gore, "how dare he", thank Harkin, he is a "coward" I bet he would not go out into my same situation. Most of these dems are rude and have no sense of democracy or free speech. How Dare they! Dem Party Hijacked USA Democracy & Free Speech Right.

On Hanity & Colmes FNC the other day, that Hannity showed a 1 minute video going through a variety of dem clips, including, Gore screaming how the president LIED and BETRAYED us, "HOW DARE HE", and even IA Tom Harkin got into and called Chenney a COWARD, other examples as well included Dean. These comments were From a top well-know democratic "leaders" of the democratic party. From this "democracy teaching", I then thought of the viciousness coming from Hollywood, and recall how Rosie and Whoppie went off at the president, Baldwin referring Chenny as MAD as revealed on the OReilly Factor FNC, no foul-word un-said, and these are Public figures, well known, and respected in some parts for talent and leadership. From these "democracy teaching" teachings I recall the language used by media and move.org including Brown-shirts and Nazi.

I then thought how I received screams that "Bush's a Nazi" when I demonstrated on behalf of Bush, and how I was praised as being brave to even go out on a public street to campaign on behalf of my beloved president. After submitting a "front line" report to in the OReilly political chat FBZ, I recall how Robert told me that the dems were just being nice, that where he lives, Dems vandalize his car for have a Bush/Chenny bumper stickers, and how my neighbors are afraid to post a bush for president sign in front of his house for fear a Dem by come by and burn it down. No such language or such extreme deeds come from the more civilized Reps and Bush supporters, yet the Dems complain of divisiveness. No doubt there is a difference in "sign language" out on the street. You show off Bush campaign sign, 1) reps thumbs-up and 2) dems thumbs-down, 3) right-wingers give the three fingers "W" and 4) left-wingers give the one finger to F**K OFF.

If we are not careful, our glorious democracy may soon, if not already, be hijacked by extremists defeating our very core sense of democracy and our right to free-speech, and I lay the blame squarely at the feet of the democratic party leadership. This is a sad state of affairs for our glorious Union. I think the presidential candidates should both make policy speeches and warn us against the growing threat and ask all Americans to conduct ourselves with civility during the election year. And these dems want to be in charge of the country? Front Line Report, Laguna Beach CA, 8/25/04 4:30pm to 8:30pm 8/25/04.I had my BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, Billy club, California Cap. 4:30pm to 6:30pm on main beach and 6:30 to 8:30 in front of the Festival. I got the usual thumbs up and thumb down, cat calls for the Dem crazies, and generally had fun. One jeep drove by with a very large Star & Stripes (Y) peace sign in the blue, and driven by a long hair screeching something about nazi-killer. One guy came up and said my sign was right on target. Front Line Report, Laguna Beach CA, 8/27/04 1pm to 3pm 8/25/04.I had my BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, Billy club, California Cap on main beach. I got the usual thumbs up and thumb down, cat calls for the Dem crazies, and generally had fun, again. Passed out about 100 flyers. I finally figured out the campaign demographics. Front Line Report, Laguna Beach CA, 8/28/04 4:30pm to 8:30pm. I had my BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, Billy club, California Cap, and flyers for passing out. At main beach and the last day of the Festival, I got the usual horn honks, thumbs up and thumb down, cat calls for the Dem crazies, hoots for the Rep faithful, and generally had fun. Standing in a curved on PCH, one guy in a trunk kept coming straight towards and veered off just be hitting the curb, scaring me. Police got the information, but without result. I was in the newspaper police blotter about the bottle throwing incident as few days back. But I did manage to pass out about 300 flyers. I decided to go to main beach on Sundays 10am-2pm, and avoid the peace protestors, just showing some respects for the old ones. One police officer told me it was illegal under city ordnance to pass out flyers, so I went to PD and talked to watch commander and he pull the ordnance restricting commercial advertising and it excepted religious and political flyers.

Front Line Report, Laguna Beach CA, 8/29/04 9:30am to 1:30pm 5/04. I had my BUSH:HERO, KERRY:FARCE sign, (ditch the Billy club, no real need), California Cap, and flyers for passing out. I got the usual horn honks, thumbs up and thumb down, cat calls for the Dem crazies, hoots for the Rep faithful, and generally had fun. One guy, a 2x Moore baring fitting in a compact screaming for an entire light, one socialist just kept barking at me until the police asked him to leave me alone. The police also told be to get off the curb and onto the grass 4' from the curb. After which, I went to PD and talked with the watch commander and in reading the ordnance, it did not apply to me, but the commander said that they want all the campaigners and protesters on the grass, and that it would be fair for me to do the same.

After thinking about it I voluntarily complied, and the police officer came back to thanked me for complying and being considerate. The police officer said that by putting the sign so close to the curb in the face of cars passing by may make some very angry, but by being 5' off the curb on the grass you lessen the anger response, and he was correct, I had no problem, yet everyone saw my sign and I was still able to pass out my flyers. The officer also noticed I have the same marine/USflag pin that I was given a few days earlier, as he had on. I think there are allot of closet Rep in the Laguna Beach PD. I passed about 400 flyers. I estimate over 100,000 car loads of people have seen my sign over the past couple of weeks. The best one this day was a guy that came up to me and said "Kerry was in Vietnam and Saigon was over run, Bush was in the National Guard and no Vietcon made it passed Brownsville, who is the Hero", and I roared. A Dem lady came up took one of my flyers, crumpled it up in front of me without reading it and threw it in the trash just beside me, like she going to rock my world. It is all so funny.

Its a STREET beach party, COME JOIN ME!!!! I pound the payment about every third day at MAIN BEACH, in Laguna Beach CA, Broadway & PCH, BUSH:HERO KERRY:FARCE sign, have great flyers, and generally a good time with all the horn honks, thumbs up/down and occasional screeching dem and hooting Rep. So funny to watch all the responses, safe, and police know me well. Beautiful, sun, and great time. I will be doing this until election. come join me, you will enjoy it!!. Send me an email. Front Line Report 9/4/04 Laguna Beach, Main Beach 1:30pm to 6:pm, Hotel Laguna 6pm to 7:pm, box was sat upright in the wind, I had tape to 2" stakes made from a hanger so that the box would stick in the ground and when the wind came up, it help up great without blowing over. Funny thing include wife repeatedly slapping husband hand down as he attempted to flip me off, one guy honked and I look and saw a dog wearing sunglasses sitting perfect shotgun. I also know that at least 50% are Dem, and it must just infuriate them to see Bush:Hero;Kerry:Farce sign and Bush is Godly Man;Kerry is Girly man written on Box. Between 4pm and 7pm, there is a huge crowd walking in front of the Holtel Laguna between the various dinner houses, and a great place to campaign. Had fun the entire day, so many coming up to shake my hand.

The crowds are just huge in front of the Hotel Laguna, like a downtown city, and there must have been a constant number of about 400 people on the four corners. I passed out 200 flyers in 1 hour with all the people coming and going. When I get big honks and BUSH screams, I reply in kind, and everyone zeros in on me, with my sign, ITS A PEP RALLY!!!!!! each evening!!! and I will do this until the election. Another funny thing happen, as gay-Laguna Beach tends to be liberal as most beach cities do in CA, a lady said to me, dont you think you are in the wrong town, I reply if you want new converts, you dont go to a nunery. Orange County will rise again!

Now think about the box, IN GOD WITH TURST, ONE NATION UNDER GOD, BUSH IS A GODLY MAN, COMMANDER IN CHIEF W WILL SUPPORT OUR TROOPS, BUSH IS A HERO (as explained in my flyer) and for KERRY IS A FARCE and KERRY IS A GIRLY MAN (many Reps just roar when they see that, and I just know it p*sses the hell out of the DEMs to see it in their face, RIGHT UP CLOSE, CANT MISS IT, as they must walk right by it. I laugh to myself as revenge for the cat-calls. Now, most dems will immediately think that HERO/FARCE comment relates to NG/Veitnam services, so they want to argue with me, but in my flyer I explain Bush is a hero for liberating 50,000,000 while keeping us safe as CIC, and Kerry is a farce by his no-result-record. And hence, the reason for them to read my flyer, I suck them into a question, and their first impression is then wrong, because I say I honor kerry's military service, but that aint the issue to discuss. Its bait and switch, Im REALLY SNEAKY that way.

Another one this day, middle aged lady, says health care is going up and people are are losing health insurance, (practically crying and very sincere) You can thank that SOB Edwards for pocketing tens of millions on the backs of insurance co, doctors and the sick. Another one came up and says blessed are the peace makers and children are dying in Iraq (again very sincere) I say Would you rather Saddam be in power killing 20,000 each year and after 300,000, dont you think it had to stop, Bush is the blessed long term peace maker. (HEY, I am learning how to SPIN, Mr.O would be PROUD of me!!!!!)

I just love slamming lawyers for raising health cost on the back of insurace co, doctors, and the sick turning malpractice litigation into a state lottery, and slamming the peace protesters with Saddam, Taliban and Al Queda ruthlessness, and the Dems of course think it is all Bush's fault. But they can only find fault, but offer no credible solutions. TYPICAL!!! I like slamming Dems who try to get into my face, like they are going to rock my world, yeah sure. I am fine tuning the curt replies to the cat-calls, and I just slam them and make them look silly, as I get loud so everyone can hear me scoring the points.

So you see laguna beach sits on Pacific coast highway, and there is always a very large through traffic going along the coast, slow go in town. It is a perfect spot to do allot of campaigning, you not only have the all locals and heavy foot traffic that see my sign and get flyers, but 10,000 cars each couple of hours just passing through, and those stopping for lunch or dinner. Perfect place for campaigning in a liberal area with the Bush message.

It is of course the holidays and weekends, but Laguna to me is BEST in SEPTEMBER and early OCTOBER, still very warm. Only on weekends are their huge crowds, so that is when I will campaign mostly, October is great as the weather usually breaks to the COLD side at the very end of Octorber, that means, from 85 to 75, yeah its tuff, 85 all summer and 75 all winter with some exceptions of course. So, my campaigning will be active. Also, the crowds are just huge, like any big downtown, as I stood in front of the Hotel laguna, there must have been a constant number of about 400 people on the four corners, at all times walking as I passed out 200 flyers each hour with all the people coming and going, and when I get big honks and a BUSH screams, I reply in kinds, and everyone zeros in on me, with my sign, ITS A CONSTANT PEP RALLY!!!!!! each evening!!! and I will do it rhrough to the election.

I copied RNC speeches by GWB, Cheney, Franks, Miller, McCain, Giuliani, Bloomberg, Paige and Schwarzenegger, for passing out, and made my flyers for passing out at MAIN BEACH, Laguna Beach CA. I use my cardboard box, side 1: One Nation Under God, US Flag, In GOD We Trust; side 2: Bush is Godly Man, Kerry is Girly Man; side 3: Bush:Hero, Kerry:Farce, Side 4: Commander in Chief W will support our troops. The box is used to support my flyers, speeches, and (W) bumper stickers for passers by, while I hold up My Bush:Hero, Kerry:Farce sign displayed to passing cars while passing out my flyers. I take my digital camera and make pictures at beautiful Laguna Beach at main beach. The ordered items would be so cool to have in pictures, I hope they come soon, for a full photo shoot. I ordered W t-shirts, bumper stickers, party packs, in quantity for passing out, but not arrived yet, I hope to get them soon. BOX LOOKS SO COOL. And everyone can immediately tell, this is grass-root out of the garage campaign HQ, and not run from GOP. That is what make it so real, believable, and sincere. I will be campaigning SAT-SUN-MON this weekend, full court press!!!! I will send pic to anyone requesting pictures and flyers from the email address.

I am using the "girly-man Kerry" message to reinforce, sarcastically with references to Kerry's no-record no-result, I Believe I Believe I Believe, that no one can confirm, message. This seems to be a great strategy. This is not direct name-calling, that is the point. What is the definition of a "girly-man"? A weak man? It is not inherently sexist as woman are in fact weaker that men, generally. A no result person? I think it entirely civil, and appropriate. Mr. OReilly was right, the use of the term gets attention, suggests the quality of the target, and is reinforce by how Kerry's LACK OF LEADERSHIP (a girly-name trait) makes Kerry a girly-man compared to Bush. Shake it up, I say, what do we have to lose, CA? I will not use girly-man directly in connection with Kerry's military service, as PEOPLE will draw that connection by themselves, in view of the swift-boats, and "sensitive war", and BINGO! you put the dagger in heart Kerry's campaign built on this military service.

But today, I passed out about 500 flyers, and about 25,000 cars loads of people saw my sign, up close and personal, and about 10,000 walked by me, so there is very good exposure, but you have to be willing to put in the time, THIS IS JUST SO MUCH FUN!!!!! I love mentally manipulate the Dems, suck in the indepedent, and PEP RALLY the Reps. It is all good to go. There is a definite strategy to getting the message out, and you have to go out several times to figure out what works, how to demean the cat-calls, incite the Rep Pep Rally, and pass out to as many flyers as possible, including Dems, Independents and Reps.

Dems look at the sign and say you got that upside down, bush:hero;kerry:farse, NO I DONT want to know why, its just one' man opinion, too closed minded you cant read one page, and I do give allot of flyers to the Dems. Independents just take the flyers. Reps take it while saying GOOD JOB!!! So, I get my message to all, as least as much as possible. Some Dems ask why is bush a hero, and before I get out a few words, they interupt me with their ideology, I say, OH you ask me a question and interrupt me with your ideology, I am done with you, read this. Make them look silly, and they know it, take the flyer and leave.

Front Line Report 9/5/04 Laguna Beach, 9:30am to 3pm, Main Beach. Very hot at main beach this day, 95 degrees, but very beautiful and huge crowds, but could only last till 3pm. One car passing by, two "ladies", one trying to flip me off the other preventing her. One called me an butt-hole, I replied, "must be a Dem", he reply "like Cheney", I replied, "yeah but not in front of the children", he had no come back. This reminds of being in school "chopping" each other at 13 yo.

Without an invitation whatsoever, a polish immigrant, without at first saying a word to me, bearly speaking English, came up and stood right next to me, holding up a newspaper showing a big photo of the 300 children slaughtered in the Russian school of Beslam, and just started going off to people walking by, "you want this, see what will happen here if Kerry is elected", man-o-man, he just pumped me up, I got so excited, so I joined in as loud as I could, "Islamic Crazies!!, Kill Em!!, Kill Em All!!, Kill Em Now!!", while a serious subject, I was laughting in side so hard, it was so peaceful, and then all hell broke loose.

I occasionally get a late aged woman aksing me who is paying me, I reply, "6-figure lawyer honey, its all me". Allot of these Dems are so lock into their ideology that they cant even believe the Rep party exist, or anyone could love the president, pathetic I say, they simply cant believe there is an opposing view. Two vets pro/con started arguing, noses 1" apart at the top of their lungs. I attract allot of people at times, and they argue amonst themselves, at times, as the police causiously watch 30 yards away, when it gets hot, but no blows yet, a good thing.

A small group of young adult came up to challenge me. With 12 years of college and 30 years professional experience, I played the instructor. They had a liberal bent, though not really for Kerry. As I stated Bush has accomplishments and Kerry has zippo, one scored with the, "well bush has the power of the presidency", my response was that for 30 years there had been no health care or education reform, but Bush got it through, they came back, well the Reps had control of both houses, I thought, these guys and gals are tuff!!! hell they should be in the presidential debates. I ended with, we have a tested CIC, Kerry scares the hell out me, I don't want to change horses. As they left, I told them I loved them, they are such great thinkers.

One persian guy, (secret code for Iranian) said, we stop the killing by stop killing, cant we stop the hate by stop hating. I said, after 9/11 buddy, militant islam needs an attitude adjustment. Iran is next up. All through the day on this busy holiday weekends, there were tons of people coming up and shaking my hand, telling to keep up the good work.

Front Line Report 9/6/04 Laguna Beach, 1:30pm to 4:3pm, Main Beach, anad 4:30pm to 6:pm Hotel Laguna. Around my box on the grass were many people. On Dem guy, locked into his ideology wanted to agrue with, and I tried to focus him into my claim of Bush's accomplished against Kerry's no-result do-nothing record, at one point a turn around facing 100 people, and out loud asked, can anyone give one accomplish of Kerry over the past 20 years, and of course I got no response. One dem took a flyer, and I said, out loud so all can hear me, there are copies of the RNC speeches, you can relive those magical moments. This day, when I got the bird, return the three-finger W sign, as bird was wiggled at me, I wiggle the W sign back, same for those Dem shanking their heads and I returned with nods. Passed out allot of flyers, and had a good time as usual. Very heavy traffic returning from long weekend, and got allot of horn honks all day. In a poll today, CA went down to 8% behind but heading in the right direction.

Front Line Report 9/10/04 Laguna Beach 3:pm to 6:30pm Main Beach. Today I positioned my 7 yards sign and quadra-side box-stand on the grass to get maximum exposure to the sidewalk, boardwalk and coast highway, and I was styling in my W cap, shirt, and button, and had free W stuff, bumpers stickers, buttons, RNC speeches, and flyers for passers by. With such a great visual presentation, that I got fewer cat-calls from the dems and more honks from the Rep. Two gays walked by holding hands, and surprised me by taking my flyer, as I am uneasy passing out flyers to gays and minorities thinking they are locked into the Dem line, but actually, many support W on low taxes and national security, and do take my flyer.

And of course there a couple of Dems, who say "why don't you go to Iraq", thinking I am just another chickenhawk, and they will stick it to me. My reply is "I am 50 years old and I cant go so I offered the most precious thing I have in life and I am very proud my 19 year old boy is in the Army protecting your head from getting cut off by those Islamic Fascists". That usually shuts them up quick.

I always enjoy the ideolog Dem, like two guys this day, who tries to get into my face and rock my world. As they babble in thier parroting of the Dem line, I always ask, very loudly so all can hear, PLEASE, give me ONE ACCOMPLISHMENT of Kerry over the past 30 years, and of course I get zippo, because there are none, and I always humiliate them in public, and it make me feel good inside, and I am not ashamed of that, not for a minute. They are totally out-matched, I know my facts, I know my no-leadership reasoning, and it is I who rocks their world.

My plan is to campaign, every Fri (to catch the regular weekly commuter traffic as well as the get out of town for the weekend crowd, so Fri pm has heavy traffice), and Sat-Sun (to catch the beach goers coming down enmass each weekend from varous local inland points, out of staters and foreigners on holiday) So three trips a week gets lots of exposure. This day, I passed out about 300 flyers and about 20,000 people saw my signs and displays, and several picked up Bush paraphenelia.

An RNC campaign manager, an associate of the present RNC press manager on the beach this day, as well as many many Dems, came and come up to me regularly, asking if I am paid by the RNC, and I always respond, Nope, Its ALL Me, I am a six-figure lawyer, no one is paying me a thing, and I have spend over $1000 purchasing W paraphenelia and printing cost for free distributions to anyone. Many Dem just can not believe it, and many Rep are just happy Bush is represented in a predominately Dem beach town in liberal CA.

Late in the day, 2 Russians, mid-20s came by, and I enjoyed speaking my broken Russian with them. I quickly realized they were big Bush supporters especially in view of the recent terror attacks in Russia. One took my sign and started waving it to cars passing by, while the other started screaming "Kerry is a p*ssy", vote for Bush". I just got all excited, but had to start packing up at the end of the day's campaigning. I invited one Russian to slam vodka shots, and at a local bar, and I know he would not refuse, as it is tradition with them, as I gave toasts before each round of vodka shots, the usual stuff like USA and Russia be good friends, Bush & Putin are good friends. I know these Russians, they can down vodka like a fish does water. After about an hour, I was absolutely toasted, but, as expected, this Russian guy acted like he was still on his first one.

Coming out of the bar, I taught him my new jingle "Islamic Crazies, Kill Em!, Kill Em All!, Kill Em Now!", and we practiced the timing, saying it together for a while, I going "1, 2, 3,... Islamic Crazies, Kill Em, Kill Em All, Kill En Now!!" practicing it several times with him. After I knew he could say it well in unison with me, we started out, and walking down Coast Highway, lined with many small open air sidewalk restaurants and bars, and we would stop about every 20 yards in the mist of about 30 people waiting their turn, and right in front so that the eating/drinking/waiting patrons could clearly hear and be interrupted, and at the top of our lungs, we would screamed in unison, once for each spot, "1, 2, 3,... Islamic Crazies, Kill Em!, Kill Em All!, Kill En Now!", after each one of which, I died laughing in a drunken stupor, it was so much fun.

After hitting many many places, and finally doing this in front of the last restaurant, I went with this Russian guy to his room, across the street, at the Hotel Laguna, where he and 3 others young Russian guys had rented the room. I realized there was no way I would drive my car home, barely able to stand up straight, and within 30 minutes of watching TV, I had passed out on the floor. Waking up on the floor at about 3:30am, I left, found my car and drove home, while thinking about meeting these guys again today at Main Beach for another rah-rah session supporting team Bush. I am thinking about hiring this one Russian guy as my limo driver to get concurrent free Russian language lessons.

Package game 9/8/04 including 500 W-04 bumper stickers, 5 yard Bush/Cheney signs, buttons, shirts, and caps W paraphenelia, that goes good with my hand sign and box stand, on which I will place the stickers, speeches, buttons, flyers for passer bys, and I drew the placement diagram for maxium exposure of the W stuff, next to busy PCH. When joined, I can give others a cap and button for the day.

Front Line Report 9/11/04 Laguna Beach 3:pm to 6:pm Main Beach. Today big US flags were set out on the street left and right of my post such that traffic coming would see the flags and then my Bush set up with all the Bush yard signs, looked liked a RNC convention meeting at the beach. The officer that few days earlier asked me get on the grass came by, and I thanked him for setting up all the flags for me. I did notice that this day that the cats calls from the dems were few, maybe in cease fire in remembrance, or either they are getting used to mighty mouse in their mess kit. Bush Buttons and bumper stickers were flying off the box stand this day. I ran out of Buttons and put in and order for 250 more, passed out 300 flyers, and had very good day at the beach. Many again thanking me for being out there, only one dem ideolog challenged me, but again nailed him with the, GIVE ONE ACCOMPLISHMENT IN 30 years. That shut them up quick.

Front Line Report 9/12/04 Laguna Beach 10am to 2pm Main Beach. It was such a beautiful morning, so quite and peaceful, this Sunday morn, as I started my day's campaigning, certainly didn't end that way. From the get go, many people were taking flyers and stickers. One guy, a local long-time hard-core Rep gave me info on the demographics in town, saying there are many closet Reps, and I gave him a Bush cap. Another lady wanted one of my yard signs, talked about how great Bush was, and offered me $20 for one, I thought about it, but after she crossed her heart she would put it in her yard for all to see, the deal the consummated for $10. There were the confused of course, those guys thinking that only dem campaign on the street, and as they drove by in their trucks, initially giving me the thumbs down, but then, jerked and switched it to a thumb up, I then immediately acknowledging it, so they don't spend the rest of the day feeling silly.

I always love those cute thin polite pretty Orange County chicks, who never sweat, you know the kind, just way to beautiful that her poop don't stink, as I see their confused stare at my Bush:Hero;Kerry:Farce sign, but I notice the ear-to-ear grin when they finally finally understand it, typically blonde of course. Then there was that transplant overweight guy for Brooklyn NY, a life-long Dem, who told me this year he is voting for Bush. All through the day, I was passing out flyers and offering copies of the RNC speeches, so they all can "relive those magical moments".

Then there was the local guy I see each morning, white hair, tan, thin, with one ear-ring of course walking his little wiener dog as usual along coast highway, but this day was dressed up in a different outfit, as usually. Yesterday the female wiener dog had on a cute little red dress, worn kind of like a ballerina dress on a hippo, but today's outfit was just styling! The feminine canine had on hot-pink cowboy chaps and matching hot-pink cowboy hat, and was she styling, I am sure all the other male wiener dogs would love to jump her. You just roar when you see this kind of thing in gay town USA. Then, on the other side of gay spectrum this day were the three dikes on bikes, these bulls screaming "screw bush" as they drove passed on their Harleys with loud exhaust noise.

By the way, I had the usual of cats calls this day, but finally figured out how to respond to "Bush is a Nazi" and "Baby Killer" cat calls, as my curt reply now is "Yeah Bin Laden is an Angle". Another old timer, my friend, Bush supporter, came by, and I gave him also one of the signs and a cap, so now down to 5 signs, but that's ok, better get them distributed to other locals, and he love his Bush cap.

It was about 1pm, and one hour to go, when it happened. A gray haired, heavy old lady came by with a box top, and she stood right in front of three of my Bush yard signs. Now, on Saturday morning, when the dems are there, I stay away, because I respect their rights and opinion, but this lady wanted to get in my face with a ridiculously small sign, saying something about "crook" and $7 an hour. Did she make a mistake. I started out with, hey lady, you got to make the sign bigger, people cant see it, they are not blind with ideology, and she replied "mind your own business", when she was the one who got into my space.

I then immediately noticed the Slavic ancient of her speech and knew for sure that she was from a ex-soviet state, I was champing at the bit now, and so then I started to slam her hard, real hard, "hey you commie go back Russia, we are capitalist here, go to the left side of the grass, she saying "don't call me a commie", I replied of course "hey commie that socialist Kerry is just as bad, "dasvadanya babushka" (goodbye grandma), and she just exploded yelling at me, I was afraid she would have a heart attack.

At this point in time, I saw a police car and flagged it down, and like a little tattle tail, told the police she is in my face causing trouble yelling, (while laughing so hard inside). After about 20 minutes of talking to her and me, the officer left. Then I started up again, "Honey you aint worth $3 an hours, how do we outsource you socialists back to commie Russia" you see fans, if someone disrespect me, they will provide negative feedback, as I will not let anyone disrespect me with impunity, and I just went off again and again with the commie pinko stuff, and she got real mad just furious, and so funny to me, and after about 15 more minutes of this back and forth screaming, while the car were honking at me and not her, there were 300 people around watching us, it was the show of the day.

Now that I had a real good crowd, it was time to turn on Kerry. With all eyes upon me, I very loudly said "Kerry's entire persona and career is anti-war/intel/arms and the Islamic crazies want to kill us, and you dems want to put him in charge", "No thank you, I don't want to see a mushroom cloud over LA", "this socialist over here complains about health care, why does not that SOB Edward give back some of his tens of millions made off insurance companies. A shark is a much nobler animal it only feeds when hungry and not to build empire on the backs of the health care system." and "This Kerry guy is a Farce, can anyone PLEASE anyone give one accomplish of Kerry's over the last 30 years?", "sorry, I am going with the proven leader". Man, it was loud and hot, and I was just going off. The crowd disbursed after my nice little "Speech", and I packed it up and called it a day. I just love it out there, I have so much fun, and like it when it gets HOT!

And now I have a sore throat, (dont go gay on me), from all the yelling. I think next weekend I will try something different, like kissing all of the sweet cute babies with mom and dad at the beach. Hey, does georgewbush.com sell Bush-Cheney diapers?

So, I planted one of my large BUSH-CHENEY yard sign right next to it. Now, if my Bush-Cheney yard sign mysteriously disappears, its war, and I will go on a rampage, sneaking out at 2am in the morning, combing the city, and trashing any Kerry-Edwards sign I come across. I am already getting pumped up and believe my Bush-Cheney sign wont last 24 hours. Standby!

Front Line Report 9/17/04 Laguna Beach 3:30pm to 7:pm Main Beach

The news stand is owned by a liberal, so my RNC speeches copies left in the throw away stand ended up in the trash, this happening three times this day, so next, I will only leave 2 or 3, so that the liberal owner will spend the next six weeks having to remain vigilent, but the afternoon guy, love to had them there for passers by. I have about 10 spots now in downtown where people can get copies of the RNC speeches, "to relive those magical moments". Each fri-sat-sun morn, I will go downtown, drop off speech, and then again replenish in the afternoon before campaigning at main beach. Not as many pedestrians this day walking to the beach of this Friday, with the kiddies back in school, but auto traffic very very heavy this get out of town friday, about 25,000 saw my sign this day, great exposure. I did not notice that all rep drive with head lights on.

When I get flipped-off, I laugh after thrusting violently the three the finger "W" back, jerking it back at them in apparent outrage, its so funny. I also give back the "W" with strong thrusting motion to build excitement, comradary, and a certain personal ackowldgement to the Reps, and we both get a mutual sense of YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!! A guy in a USC cap took a flyer, after which I spontaneously started singing very loudly, "Fight on for O' SC, Fight on for O' SC", where I went to graduate engineering after undergrad engineering Cal Berkerly where at the CAL football stadium I recall filling trojans up with water as water ballons temporarily disposed in a DD bra suitably braced for sling shot targeting trojan band members during the half time show, after each missile roaring as the band members dodged the projectiles, and while screaming, "trojans are disposible", and that why the TV never show the Cal fans.

One guy said he had worked in PR for the GOP for 30 years, and suggested I change my Bush:Hero;Kerry:Farce sign to be only positive. I thought about it for a little, and thought, but negative advertising works, and this Kerry guy is scary and certainly a farce, so, no, the sign stays as is. A lady walking her dog came by, long blonde hair gently flowing in the light wind this lovely day, tall and thin, she had on typical beach gear, sweats and tank top, but don't get a stiffy just yet, from about 30 yards away I knew something was amiss, her face look very strange, and as she got closer, I saw that her face was just hideous being the product of way to many facelifts, like a day of the walking dead, and upon examining her muscle tone, I realized she was probably about 80 yo trying to look 30 yo, and then I imagined for a second, waking up in bed to find an 80 yo michael jackson laying beside me, and that threw me into complete horror.

Several passers by, this day, as usual, wanted to take pictures of me and their relative standing next to my Bush Box stand with my sign in hand for their photo album, typically inlanders or tourists, no I don't charge, but want to make their trip to the beach just a little special. One guy from Italy had a video camera so I went off, PROUD Italy is our ally in fight on terrorist! kill em, kill em all, kill em now!!, at the top of my lungs. One dem this day got in my face with his lefty ideology, finishing up with, "you idiot!", to which I replied, "I have two univerity engineering degrees and law degree, how about you?" The silence was deafening. The local wiener dog came by again this day but was in the buff, sometimes you just have to let it all hang out.

Today, I had particular fun with the far side traffic while stop at the light, making eye contact with the driver and thrusting my hand forward, as if to be honking a horn, so as to encourage a reply honk, after which, they usually smiled with a honk, and it was simple good fun.

At the very end of the day, a 15 yo girl, first being a self proclaimed anarchist earlier, came up with a "Bush Sucks" sign having a bomb it in, and stood right next to me, and I told to tell her mom, she did a good job, in sarcasm. She said she had no mom, and feeling a bit sad for this girl, I explained, there is nothing wrong with campaigning and demostrating but try to it with some class, and here, you object to the war, so go try "Bush Kills" instead, you make the point without demeaning yourself. She left five minutes later. As the sun was setting about 7pm I call it a day, the orange sky so beautifully lighting up, in apparent appreciation for a day's hard work. On my return home, and as expected, my Bush yard sign was removed, in less than 24 hours, so pulling a U turn, and went up and removed the kerry sign, tit-for-tat, I say, but trust me, by election time, I will be ahead on that score, and I will keep score, so far, 1-1.

Front Line Report 9/18/04 Laguna Beach 3:pm to 6:pm Main Beach. It never ceases to amaze me, the extent to which, a passing dem in cars will go show their dislike for my sign and their hate, one hanging out the window to her waste, another actually opening the door and leaning out 1/2 way, both screaming hate bush messages. One passer by said I hate bush, and I repeated over and over, until the light changed, "I hate bush, I hate bush, I hate bush, this is all ya get from the dem, nothing positive about kerry, just I hate, I hate, I hage", I just kept repeating over and over and over, until the light changed. Do you think he got it? I this again to a female pedistrian. There were the boooo..s from some passing cars as well, I would end with "ssshhhh", so that, you get Buuuusshh! in stero.

Next there were the 3 13 yo boys that like to get into my face and demean bush, but I then said, "you guys please stay right here, the cars think you are bush supporters, and that is good for team bush". They hesitated talking anymore. Then I said, "look I $10, go pass out these speeches on the boardwalk", and after some jossling, they did, I got rid of them and passed out some Bush RNC speeches, for a good turn around situation. Next was the Islamic family, and seeing coming, I thought about how I should handle it, knowning the term "Islamic crazies" in used my flyer. Closest one, was a pretty girl, about 20 or so, and I said "Islam Yes, Terrorism No", the saudi new campaign theme, she surprised me, I got a smile and she took the flyer.

And now, from a distance I see the female weiner dog, I thought about it, and sought to find out her name, its Ruby. Ruby came by trouting as usual but was adorned differently. Apparently, yesterday in the buff she was not successful, so today she had on around her neck two pink Hawaiian flower lays, which is doggie code for come get me.

It was getting late, when a snake appeared. A city counsel woman, parking in a red zone and violating city law, like a czariesta, and with cell phone in hand, came up spitting venum and said you have to remove those signs, they are illegal, I responded with "the dems have many yard signs this morning", she reply, "no they don't", I said "yes they do", (back in school again) and she demanded I remove the signs, and then, in my surprise, she actually pull one out the ground, and that is called tresspass to chattle, a civil tort, a civil wrong. I then said, "go to the PD and file a complaint if you want". But, I then trid to explain that I don't bother the dems and want her to leave me alone, but she walked away, and I then said loud, I am citizen and want to talk to you and you walk away. I don't care who she is, she is a dem ideolog and wants its her way. If there is a city ordnance, then neither me nor dems will have signs. An even playing field as I see it.

This counselwoman probably figures I am a loose cannon, and the last thing she needs during an election season is to have a nut out there with a sign reading Ms.Snake violates law and harm citizens, or something like that, we will see what happens. This day, firemen in a passing fire truck waived to me as well as one officers in a cop car. I wrote the chief a letter while back complimenting an officer, I do have allies who may just ignore Ms.Snake.

Front Line Report 9/19/04 Laguna Beach 10:am to 2:pm Main Beach. Not a day goes by at the beach does not a dem get in face. One guy grabbed the flyer and immediately trashed it, I respond "15 yo's do that". Four young guys try to argue with me about my flyer, not understanding the no spin analysis, whilst a mid age woman kept trying to tell me her opinion by sticking her finger is my chest that I ignored the 1st time, after the 2nd I said please don't touch me, after the 3rd it was "keep you f*cking fingers off of me", she backed off. I did hear today faint yeahs coming from reps passing by. I got a finger circling the ear crazy sign. Kommie dem lady came by but kept her distance and no sign of that snake councilwoman nor police any supposed "no yard sign on main beach grass".

A Guy and Gal were walking by, she took my flyer, he saying "but Im for Kerry", must have been a first date. A local bum one-legged guy came by to take more stickers, but I say ok, but 4 is enough, I can now always tell when he is around without eye contact, his crutches going kink kink kink as he walks along, kind of like the crocodile in Captain Hook. One guy came up and stated a horse named "George W", in the 9th race, yesterday at the LA fair grounds in Pomona CA, and went off at 50:1 a very very long shot, but WON!, the guy claims he had to put a $2 bet on the horse. Ruby the wiener dog was a no show, must have gotten lucky late last night. While I was not looking, someone stole a pack of W sticky, I got annoy, but not surprised nor angry. Overall an OK day got many thank-you's for being out there.

Front Line Report 9/24/04 Laguna Beach 3:pm to 6:30pm Main Beach.

It was a light wind day, had fun again, same old stuff, cats calls and honks all day. Last time I played the far side traffic while stopped at the light, making eye contact with the drivers and thrusting my hand forward, as if to be honking a horn, so as to encourage a reply honk, after which, they usually smiled with a honk, and it was simple good fun. This time, when they honked after encouragement, I would jump up and down in excitement with my sign in one hand and three finger "W" sign in the other, both arms up, and smiling, like a newly announced boxer winning the match, both I and driver then having big smiles at each other, so much fun!. I think those smiling were probably disinterested politically, but enjoy the street interaction, while stuck in traffic. Occasionally, I get the shaking head with the finger, and that is still funny to me, as I respond dropping my arms sadly in utter disappointment.

A lady and man came by, and like the first-date couple earlier, she took the flyer while her man try to prevent it. I then relay the story about " A Guy and Gal were walking by, she took my flyer, he saying "but Im for Kerry", must have been a first date.", the lady today ended the story with "yeah, it was probably their last date". Ruby the female wiener dog was again in the buff while j-walking this day, attempting not to get noticed by the local dog catcher. A Bush guy from San Francisco just could not believe a Cal-Berkeley Grad, Lawyer, in gay Laguna Beach, in liberal California would be campaigning for Bush at Main Beach, being so brave.

Police told me to remove the Bush yard signs, this must be a reaction from the city councilwoman snake who attacked last week. I complied, but later went to PD to get copy of ordnance from the watch commander, but again, it was either the wrong code, or inapplicable due to the exception for religious or political messages. Tomorrow I will put back up the sign, and request the officer to recite a specific code, which they would have to do in order to enforce the code anyway. But who would bail me out, certainly not the commie pinko or councilwoman or the cat calling gang of thugs. However, thinking that yard sign may be prohibited, I gave out another this day, down to only 3 from the original 7.

I gave out many W-04 bumper stickers, and many Buttons, have enough for now, with another package to come before next weekend. A lady from the OCGOP sent her husband down to give me registration forms so I can now register voters, and yes I would register Reps, Dems and Independents, as that is fair, but pushing the free bush stuff upon them all, of course. Only one independent registered today, though. The husband relayed to me that he remembered the famous deceased local bum named "Larsen" affectionately called the "greeter" who used to stand on a corner waiving to cars passing by, greeting them as they drove by, and did so, in the same spot for over 20 years, there is a now a bronze statue of him near the spot, along with his foot prints in the cement, and has become part of the local lore. Had a good day, no real problems, with lots of hand shakes for the rep faithful.

After campaigning, I sometimes go across the street to Johnny Rockets, and get a hamburger, for my B-16 fix, as I only eat fruits, grains, vegetables, and foul or fish at home, keeping the cholesterol low. One guy works there is a rep and admires me for my campaigning. I always order the usual, hamburger, fries and chocolate shake, my little treat for a hard day's work. This day, the tab only had $4 for only the shake, and so I left the usual $15 in case this guy wants to pocket the change.

Front Line Report 9/25/04 Laguna Beach 3:pm to 6:pm Main Beach

It was nice day at Beach. The cop on beat, my good buddy, said I had to remove the signs stuck in the grass, and said he could cite me the city ordnance, and I pulled them out. He then said, stick one in your brief case, a good suggestion, I use a brief case to carry my W stuff, so that now I have only one Bush/Cheney visible yard sign, but not stuck in the ground. Later this day, the other officer came up and said, the ban also extends to tables, and that the Dem tables on Saturday morning, when I am not there, had to be removed and well as all of their yards signs. This was great, I know they have allot the peace stuff laid out on tables and many yard signs and flags stuck in the ground, all now prohibited, whereas, I have my quadra side sign box, used as a stand or table, and one yard sign still visible.

Later during the day, I gave out my two other yard signs for Reps promising to use it, so I am left now with one yard sign, stuck in by brief case for all to see. I consider this a victory for team Bush. The dogs were out this day, two getting into it, growling viciously at teach other in a brief skirmish while passing each other in the cross-walk, I exclaimed loudly, one is a dem and the other a rep, and people laugh, two seconds later, a very little dog on grass just went off barking in response, to which I responded, definitely a dem, and the people around roared again. Sinorita Ruby, the canine wiener dog, was styling this day in a Spanish red and yellow wool-nit dress hemmed with a line doily liner.

Twice this day, a car stopped right in front of me stuck in the intersection, waiting for pedestrian to walk across the cross walk, with their window down, I gave the honk horn motion, and after realizing I was for Bush, they just blasted repeatedly their horn as if just married, some drivers apparently drive with blinders on, not even realizing I am even there next to the side walk.

The gays were out this fine day as well. One thing is for sure, most gay dems can speak well, as if they have hair-lips, as they have trouble pronunciating our beloved president's last name, most forgetting the ssshhhh sound at the end, they saying booooo, and I of course finish with an ssshhh sound, so its BOOOO-SSSHHH in stereo for all to hear. Other dems replace the ending sh sound with an lllll sound at the end. They must have been gay for to long of time, all now having trouble with correct oral pronunciation. And then there also are the rep log cabin gays, who put an sssss sound in front of challenger's last name, but voting for the gunslinger, I will let them slide. So, I guess the gay vote will be split this year, about the upper lips, apparently all the gays proving their bravado running with booooo-lllll-sssss juxtaposed those cowardly Spaniards.

A guy from Italy came up and said, he was proud Italy is supporting US in war on terror, I said, I am proud US is supporting Italy in the war on terror, we are all in this together. As he walked away across the crosswalk, I exclaimed, American is proud of Italy, our great ally, so he and all can hear. Bush buttons were flying off the stand this day, and couple times, I saying out loud to the crowd, many of whom are dems of course, "come get your Bush Buttons, cant really celebrate the Nov Bush victory without your Bush button!" You just know the dem cringe hearing that. Heretofore, never hearing anyone speak of Nader, two different guys said, Im for Nader, though Nader will not even be on the California ballet.

One dem lady, after seeing my sign, shielded her eyes so she would not have to look as such blasphemy, Bush:Hero; Kerry:Farce. One guy, came up asking incoherent questions, I tried to figure it out, but could not, but then he said he talks with bush each week on the phone, I knew I had better get away from this guy, and walking away, he followed me, now its serious. I reached the sand 30 yards away at one point, exclaiming, "look out all, we got crazy, he talks with bush each week", then I start singing "he he ha ha to funny farm you should go" from that 60s Dr. demento type songs, then followed that up with, "hello motha, hello fatha, here we are at, camp granada", again inferring insanity. There is now usually a group of bums that are amused by my actions, laying on the grass 10 yards away, and they roar at times, such as, my response to this crazy, and others, such as, a dem yelling "Bush is a killer", I responding, "Bush the Protector!".

An old couple came up and said they were dems voting for bush, out loud I exclaim, "nothing wrong with being dem, US needs both dems and reps like child need both a mom and a dad, and nothing wrong with both rep and dems voting for Bush", trying to show that this Californian is not locked into any party or ideology, but just that Bush must be reelected. Today, facing passing cars, and to relieve standing leg stress, I did toe raisers, bouncing on and off by heels in a fixed location, excising my sore calf muscles, while building excitement attracting attention to get more horn honks, and something I would stick one leg out to the side, so my standing body would appear to be at a slight slant as if reaching for the stars, again to attract attention and build excitement.

Got allot of horn honks this day, and it seems that now there are way more Bush supporters, as momentum builds. One poll has California down only -5%, and that is within reach, while I am telling people, I promise to bring CA into the Bush fold. Fun day, allot going on.

Front Line Report 9/26/04 Laguna Beach 10:am to 2:pm Main Beach

Overcast day this at the beach, the first three hours, but burned off. Definitely getting way more Rep honks, than dem cat calls, must be because Bush is up in the polls. I noticed that Team Bush is still putting on allot of TV and cable Ads in CA, this is heartening for guys like me, so no one is throwing in the towel in CA, one poll has CA down only 5%, and I promise all the reps, I will bring CA into camp Bush. I have found that simple greetings like, "good morning", "congrats" to moms and dads with new borns, "good luck" to pregnant women, "What Up" to the young, "Hi pretty girl", get more people to take my flyer. Many Reps coming back saying they love it, it was great.

On female jew jogger try to put her dem ideology on me, I told to go talk with Ed Koch. One Navy CB guy back from Iraq, said he is a registered dem, but voting Bush, he has it right in Iraq. When I see anyone with an NY cap on, I start singing out loud NY NY "Start spreading the news, Im winning this town, Bush is making a new start of it, Bush will win", they love it. One waitress, pony tail, cumberbun pouch, always comes by, but this day I said, "you never take a flyer", but this day finally did. I enjoy checking out all the different sized people and their respective dress, there are all kinds out there, especially the chicks in hot bikinis. One lady in car started clapping at my sign, but then immediately put her hand over her husband's mouth, about to yell a cat call. Ruby was in the buff again, out on the hunt again.

A Hindu guy, came up and started getting very intellectual with me about who to vote for, he started out with 7 trillion fish, 9 trillion birds, and man thinks he is great. I tried to focus him in on Bush will protect us, but after getting into an infinitesimal singularity starting the universe, it was time to say "have good day". A lady with two dogs came up to get Bush buttons, I asked if the two dogs were reps, she said the dark dog was named HANITY, who was waging his tail at me, and then she said the light dog was named COLMES, who immediately squated and pi$$ed right in front of my Bush Box stand. The Kommie lady came up again, on Sundays, at 1:30, and I told her to come at 2pm when I leave, and she can have the whole place to herself.

Also, a couple of times I again stated out loud, get your Bush buttons here, cant enjoy the Bush Nov victory without your bush button on. One guy came up and asked if I would like him to pass them out, I said no, because the dem would take it and throw it in the trash. Got another Nader supporter today. Another dem, took a flyer and tore it up and threw it away, without reading it, I respond quickly, 15 yo's do that. I again stated out loud, get you bush button here, cant enjoy Bush Nov victory without your bush button. One guy, came up and asked if would like me to pass them out, I said no, because the dem would take it and throw it in the trash. Got another nader support today. Front Line Report 10/01/04 Laguna Beach 3pm to 6:30pm Main Beach The box stand with Bush is Godly man, Kerry is girly man, was moved closer to the trash can corner, and the brief case having sporting 1 bush sign, was placed by the sidewalk, so I am confined within a small triangular grass area. A couple asked me about the debate, and I said, heard it all before, a toss up, and that is a bush victory. I definitely have noticed more Bush honks than dem cat calls, either liberals in Laguna Beach are getting used to the crazy bush supporter or they are losing heart. Two guys, one wearing hat other a bush cap I gave him cross the street, I asked, where are the bush buttons, and like synchronized swimmers, they both turn around, and one button was on the back of the hat and another on the back of the cap. South county Team Bush coordinator called, and say I could come by and pick up free Bush stickers to pass out.

One lady asked for a bush sticker so she could put it over a Kerry sign on her neighbor's lawn. One dem called me a sinful thing this day, a "Bush Lover", and that just crushed me. Believe it or not, I actually got a loud screaming cat call from a Bush supporter today, who screamed "Kerry is a Liar!". A dem granny in dark sunglasses gave me a thumbs down while sticking her tough out at me. One dem gal kept waving me off, like go away, from in her car, with the window down, and did not stop, as see waited for pedestrian to cross, I kept saying, come get it, Bush buttons and Stickers, they are free, it was funny, as obviously she would not. A good day again, sun setting a bit earlier now, but beautiful as usual.

Front Line Report 10/02/04 Laguna Beach 3pm to 6:pm Main Beach

There was a huge dance stage built and beautifully dressed synchronized dancers were performing with huge crowds around first two hours and passed out allot of flyers. One old lady walking by stuck her tough out at me. Why is it only the grannies? I could have fun with the younger girls doing so. But then when a pretty young girl said "shave bush", I choked. Got another Rep cat call "Kerry Sucks". Two guys flipping me, one hand out the window, and steady for a couple of minutes, seemed longer, while stuck right in front of me waiting for pedestrians to pass, I jerking the three fingers back 10 feet away, kind of like boys in the gym playing swords fights.

Today's theme yelled out loud a few times, "This election we have the flimflamman and the gun slinger, I go with the gun slinger, I don't want a mushroom cloud over LA". A car drove by, husband giving me the thumbs down, while wife sat shotgun with a little yorkie hanging out the window, I went "ruff ruff" at the yorkie, and that little yorkie just went absolutely ballistic, "bark bark bark" all the way down the street, and vicious too, must be a registered dem! One guy, after reading my flyer, came back and ask for many more to give to friends, I gave him 50. Gave out allot of buttons and stickers. Good day again, way more reps honking at me, these days.

Front Line Report 10/03/04 Laguna Beach 9:30a to 1:pm Main Beach

Nice day at the beach. One lady shotgun gave thumbs up and had little dog on lap trying to lean on the car window and paw slipping on the window as if waving at me. Dad and young girl came and got buttons, she had a book "M Moore is a stupid fat white man". Local crazy yelled "vote for god"! I came back with, don't worry Bush will protect you. A party DJ and another guy came back and got 50 flyers for passing out to friends. Two lesbos came by in hat and tank top, the bull had printed on her tank top, "Dickie" in front and "girl" in back. A couple reps came by, she had a body like a male weight lifter, acted female, gunglasses, couldnt really be sure. Buttons are all gone. Dems try to argue my flyer of Bush's concrete result, but could not get off their "those aint good enough" spin. Had a good day.

Front Line Report 10/5/04. 3:30pm to 3:40pm Laguna Canyon Highway. I went by a local Republican Headquarters and picked up some bumper stickers and about 30 "VIVA BUSH" posters. Coming into Laguna Beach you go through a strech of highway between rolling hills, then through big bend in a short steep canyon, to exit out into downtown laguan beach. The highway stretch has telephone poles, and for about 4 miles, I stapled gunned the "viva bush" posters about every other telephone pole, so that, after a bad day at work, the dems will see 15 bush posters BUSH BUSH BUSH BUSH ... on their way home. I LOVE IT!!!! I don't think they will last 48 hours before some dem take them down.

Front Line Report 10/10/04 Laguna Beach 8:30a to 1:pm Main Beach

Not much happened. One guy flipped me off, I gave him back the three fingers, and we both smile as the conclusion of the skermish. One dem pitched his nose as driving by. One guy said, I was in Vietnam and Kerry is a liar. One guy said, Bush is a "wanker", have no idea what that means. Guy on a motorcycle honk with a thumbs up, while his gal on back gave me a thumbs down. One guy said I should my Bush:Hero;Kerry:Farce sign to read Kerry:Fart. It was a nice day. Gave out my remaining yard signs, save one. The 30 Viva-Bush signs I stapled gun on the telephones poles on Laguna Canyon Highway were taken down in less that 48 hours.

Front Line Report 10/17/04 Laguna Beach 9:am to 1:pm Main Beach

Rain night before, so figure I had better up on the "uniform", so this day, dress in a Civil War Major General uniform campaigning for Bush. Of course I got allot of attention, many more reps with honks and thumbs up, than the very few dem cat calls. With election fast approaching, I was pushing my remaining bumper stickers and now only have a few left. So today's theme was "nice bumper". One lady said, I have no car and no bumper, I said, I don't think so, honey you have a nice bumper. Many people were coming by just to photograph me in my uniform. Good day again. I had my camera and took a few pics and will try to have QPY post them on the web.

Front Line Report 10/22/04 Laguna Beach 9:30a to 1:pm Main Beach Nice day at the beach in my uniform. I like so much the many many car drivers simply grining ear to ear look at me. Way more rep honks and thumbs up than dems cat calls and thumbs down. Passed out the last of my bumper stickers, only have a few RNC speeches left, but still have plenty of flyers that are going quickly as well. One old timer dem came up, this guy was 80, hunched back and could barely walk, but managed to call me and bush every volgar name you could imagine. I responded with at your age, you should have grace and dignity rather than demeaning yourself. Allot of people wanted to take pictures of me with a friend as usual. Have not seen ruby for a while, must be out shopping for fall outfits. But had a good time.

Front Line Report 10/28/04 Laguna Beach 4:30a to 6:30pm Main Beach

Out there in the Major General uniform and got allot of smiles and horn honks, only a couple of cat calls, as I salute both sides. But it was a usual time campaigning. Some young ones, one with pink wig came up and got into the stem-cell and gay marriage issues with me. They started campaigning for "Pedro" who I guess is a local school board member. Other than that, same old stuff, and had fun. Today I kept yelling four more days for more years. But other than that, not much happened. Beautiful orange sunset with San Clemente Island in the off distance over the channel waters, just stunning.

An experience I will never forget.

I felt vindicated in large measure, enduring the insults day after day, when Bush got elected, and in my view, a very good thing, over all.
