Preemptive strikes after existence of imminent threats is too risky these days with nuclear materials being proliferated. However, preemptive strikes in advance of imminent threats must be justified, such as by Saddam's ruthlessness. I trust PROTECTOR-Bush to strike Iran in advance of Iranian nuke development as is now justified by Iran's support of terrorists, their denial of human rights that sow the seeds of more terrorism while wanting to wipe Isreal off the map. The justification is there. ACCOMMODATING-Democrats would only strike with France's permission after NY had been leveled. Is not this a clear difference in mentality. I go with the protector. I heard this day that Iran is requesting more talks, and I think President Putin is pushing this, and he should be thanked. We need UN security arrangements with transparency, or, we must take out the nuke facilities, and Isreal could be used for political cover with all those bunker-busters, if need be.
